Production Time

Custom stickers are made to order. Production begins after you approve your preview at checkout and typically takes 2-7 days

If you request a manual proof, production begins after you approve that proof by email.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delays caused by an incorrect address.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit and the carrier confirms the loss, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thestickahport.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
